Not long now and we’re back in Thailand….

This picture is Bophut Beach in Koh Samui, our first stop is Bangkok but Koh Samui is where we end up!!

As the weather starts to turn and we get a gentle rain it felt like dumpling night. So tonight’s kitchen is a rich spicy beef stew topped with golden crunchy Parmesan dumplings. #dumplings #dumplingsfordays #parmesan #spicybeef #stewtime #wednesdaykitchen
