Just added a little side trip while in Christchurch to our itinerary. We’re going off to Mt Cook for a few days, do a bit of glacier hiking and star gazing as well as take in the amazing scenery. Staying at the fantastic Hermitage Hotel. Should be pretty cool, in more ways than one….
