Being the dedicated foodies that we are we always look for great places to eat. Anyone that has been to Ko Samui would probably have heard of Chef Wally, he used to be head chef at Zazen. Late 2009 he opened his own restaurant called Orgasmic at the Big Buddha end of Bophut Beach. We paid it a visit on Tuesday night, arriving in time to see the most spectacular sunset. 
The menu is a mix of European and Thai with some great dishes to pick from. The cocktails are pretty good to, I had a martini while Helen sipped a cold glass of Prosseco on the beach with the sun setting in front of us. If it sounds romantic then should have been there because it was.
Our table was on the beach terrace lit by candles under a swaying palm tree, very cool. 
The food was great, possibly the best we’ve eaten on this trip with the Orgasmic Chocolate desert a standout.
